Refund policy

We want you to love Tell Me Something. If something isn’t right, here’s how our Returns & Refunds Policy works:

1. Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. If you choose to cancel, you must notify us within this period and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of your cancellation.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund, please ensure:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • The item has no visible signs of use or wear.

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

We cannot accept returns for items that are opened, used, or not in resalable condition, unless faulty.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong order, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@tellmesomething.co. Please include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs, where applicable).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Email us at info@tellmesomething.co to initiate the process.

  2. Provide your original order details and let us know what you’d like to exchange for.

  3. Ship the original item back to us (return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty).

  4. Once we receive your return, we’ll send out the replacement (exchanges typically process within 5–7 business days).

If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll offer you an item of equal value or a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
